I will be physically located in the USA at the time of my testing session. For legal reasons, FLATS tests must be administered within the United States of America or one of its territories.
Only my college or university can grant language credit. FLATS may recommend credit based on my test results, but my institution makes the final decision.
My testing fees will appear on my credit card statement as BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIV WEB because FLATS is produced and maintained by Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
