Request a Score Report
Need another copy of your results, or lost your original?
Score report requests are processed by hand and are not automated. Please allow at least 7 business days after your test date before requesting a duplicate; most results are processed within 1–3 business days already.
A score report is not an official BYU transcript. It is a recommendation of credit; your institution decides whether and how much credit to grant.
What to include in your request
Email flatstesting@byu.edu with the following information:
- Your full name, as registered
- Your email address
- The language you tested in and your approximate test date
- Your FLATS ID, if you have it
- Where the report should go: an email address, or a complete mailing address
If it's been more than a week since your test and you or your institution still haven't received results, use the same email to check on your original results before requesting a duplicate.
